The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious enough, and had all the amenities one could want for a short stay. The location is central for a visit to Margaret River, and yet the setting was very peaceful. I would be happy to stay again and can highly recommend Higgins Lane Motel.

The check-in process was so easy and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was fairly basic but was roomy and had everything you need. Great location in Margaret River - close to everything.

Good one night stay

If you need a cheap (ish) hotel room for the night while visiting Margaret river, this is a good option. If you're looking for somewhere to chill out for a bit, then you could probably find something else. This place was perfect for what we (a couple) needed a basic room (though a little out of date with the style) and a comfortable bed. We used the room for a shower and bed for one night. Though booking thrid party we didn't receive theout-of-hourr instructions for the lock box, i did have to ring up and ask the women. At first no one answered but i left a voice mail and got a call back straight away.

Fantastic place to stay in Margaret river

The room was big, clean and comfortable and brilliantly located just off the Main Street close to bars, restaurants and shops but tucked away so it’s quiet! Perfect for our new year stay. The staff were amazing too - really kind and helpful! I’d definitely recommend a stay here.
