Beautifully presented, the owners have extended themselves in ensuring their guests have all the comforts you would expect on your well-earned break. From providing condiments and premium toiletries for guest use and ensuring all the other comforts/necessities are available to ensure a memorable holiday that you will long remember. Just a short 600 metre walk will see you on the Marengo beach where you can indulge your passion for swimming, fishing or just relaxing on the pristine beach. There is also the possibility to fly in/fly out as the property is located within close proximity to the Apollo Bay Airport.

The property is presented over 2 levels. The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen area with Miele & Ilve appliances, 2 x coffee machines (nespresso pods), reverse cycle air con, massive 3 metre long blackbutt table with seating for 16 people complete with living area with large wall mounted TV, which leads off to a large deck area with BBQ & Seating

This level also provides 2 bedrooms (1 x queen & 1 x queen), 2 bathrooms (1 x shower, toilet & vanity & 1 x shower, bath, toilet & vanity), separate laundry with front loader washing machine, dryer, 3rd large fridge with separate freezer & separate utilities room.

Want more, the ground floor also provides another wing featuring 2nd kitchen, large living area with 8-seater couch and chaise & additional seating available if required, 65 wall mounted LCD, DVD, free Wifi, Foxtel (premium package), Netfix, games, books, internal wall mounted gas log fire, split-system air conditioning, the list goes on.
