The condo is a 2 bedroom and 2 full-private bathrooms, with the master bathroom providing double vanity sinks. We have over 145 positive 5-Star reviews from happy vacationers! - LOCATION: It's a short walk to the gulf coast water, at the south end of Marco Island. It’s only 1/2 a mile to the very popular Marco Walk Plaza, providing restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And, it's 1 mile from the JW Marriott, as well.

-THE LIVING ROOM has a large comfy couch, which converts to a Queen pull out sleeper. A large 55” flat screen Smart TV for you to stream your favorite programs, after signing into your personal account(s). Patio sliders have electronic "black out shade", which is so nice when the sun blazes in!! Enjoy the view & sun, only when you want it.
-THE KITCHEN has a FLOOR TO CEILING PANTRY, which is a rare find, providing more storage for your personal items. The kitchen is fully stocked with items including; 2025 New Calphalon pots & pans, bakeware, a 12-Cup coffee maker, a Single Serve Keurig, a blender, knife block, a large electric griddle, and toaster. You'll find kitchen soap, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels, to get you started.
-THE MASTER BEDROOM: has a comfy Queen bed, with an on-suite private bathroom, with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and another large 55” flat screen Smart TV for you to stream your favorite programs, after signing into your personal account(s). The slider has an electronic "black out shade” in there too! Draw the shade to stay cool, or to sleep in late! A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device.
-THE MASTER BATHROOM: provides DOUBLE VANITY SINKS! Our two condos are the only ones in the building providing this added value for your comfort.
-THE GUEST BEDROOM: has 2 Twin beds, with a private on-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. A ceiling fan and a 32” flat screen Smart TV, for streaming, after signing into your personal account(s). This bedroom also has a "black out shade" on the window, which is really great for taking "naps" or for just sleeping in late. A blue tooth speaker, clock & charging device.
-BATHROOMS: each bathroom supplies towels, a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal favorite toiletries and sunscreen.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: A new full sized stackable washer & dryer are inside the unit. Complimentary laundry detergent. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best.
- BEACH CLOSET/LOCKER; Complimentary beach items for your use include 5 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach cart & beach towels for your days basking in the sun on the white sandy beach!

There is 992 Square feet of living space in this condo. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS, with a total of 5 persons. We want you to be comfortable, not cramped. Infants count as a "person" and are to be included in the reservation.

-PARKING: All Sea Winds condo guests have a $50 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. One (1) vehicle parking spot, per condo. Parking is a first come, first serve basis. No assigned parking.
-KEY PICK UP: Keys get picked up from a location that is only a half mile away and on your route to the condo. Easy pick up & drop off, directly on South Collier Blvd
WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS
-TURTLE SEASON is from May1st-October 31st. Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 8:45pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. This fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.

We STRONGLY urge all renters to purchase "Travelers Insurance" in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All companies require you to purchase this within 24 hours of booking your vacation. ⚠️ ⚠️ SPECIAL NOTE: (ENTERED ON DEC. 13, 2025) There will be construction on the Sea Winds building, estimated to begin the week of July 13 2026 through November 2026. The work crew will be working from swing stages, in the back of the building. This allows workers to safely reach high facades. These workers will be visibile, as they work on these balconies. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day, ending at approximately 4:30pm, weekdays. The Sea Winds Balcony Project is being completed in accordance with the recommendations from the Structural Integrity Study performed in compliance with Florida law. The work crew will be working on the First and Second condo stacks. This condo is in the Second Stack. At times, the balcony could also be closed, intermittently. Dust will probably be visible at times during this process, as well. During this time the pool will be closed during the day from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm. Access to the beach will be open. Rental rates have been significantly reduced during this project. Plan your vacation accordingly, so you can maximize your time on excursions and at the beach. Thank you!

Load and start the dishwasher

3) Set the Air Conditioner to 75 degrees & to “Auto”
4) Ensure the sliding doors are closed & locked
5) START THE DISHWASHER prior to departing
6) Discard all opened food containers
7) Discard all garbage & recycling, from the condo
8) Ensure the bedroom window is closed & locked
9) Lock the front door of the condo
10) Ensure the BEACH CLOSET is organized & free of trash
11) Return both sets of keys back to the rental company, to the Lockbox labeled “KEY RETURN”

Condo was updated and had everything we needed. From linens to kitchen necessities and beach gear, it had more than what we needed for a family of 4. Well stocked is an understatement. The location on the south side of the island was perfect and less crowded. Can't beat the sunset view from the lenai.

Another fantastic stay
We always love our time in Marco Island, especially at this beautiful condo. The view is absolutely stunning, and the condo is so comfortable. It has everything that we need and then some. Mike and Tracy are super-responsive and make the rental process so easy. We are looking forward to our next visit and are trying to figure out how to stay for 2 weeks vs 1!

The property was perfect for our family of 4 vacation. It was immaculate with everything we could need. The views were breathtaking. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the morning as we drank our coffee. Mike and Tracy were very responsive. The umbrellas for the beach weren't working and they had new ones ready in the condo. We will absolutely be back!

A great place to stay on the island.
The unit at Sea Winds is absolutely wonderful. The property was well cleaned upon arrival and stocked with plenty of linens including beach towels. There was also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon. There was also supplies to play tennis and pickleball available in the storage closet. Communication with owner was fantastic. She was always quick to respond and very accommodating. The whole family had lots of fun swimming in the pool and the beach was wonderful. The views from the condo of the ocean and sunset cannot be beat. Looking forward to coming back for many many years!

Amazing Vacation
This condominium has the BEST views of the beach and sunsets. Once you get past the view, the rest of the condo is beautiful too. We had everything we needed and they thought of a lot of really helpful extras (cooler for the beach, refillable water flasks, every kitchen appliance, plenty of things for the beach and to play tennis or pickleball.). The location is really nice because it is on a less busy end of the beach but you can still walk or bike to so many restaurants and other places. Tracy was reachable for anything we needed or had questions on. She even took the time to write out a really good list of things to do and places to eat. All of the things she recommended were fantastic! We would definitely stay here again..

A lovely condo in a great location!
What a lovely and comfortable condo! It was super clean and had everything you might need to make your stay perfect. It has been updated beautifully and the balcony overlooking the Gulf is incredible! Tracy and Mike were great hosts and responded immediately when I asked some questions. They were truly wonderful. We’ve stayed in Marco 6 different times, and this was our favorite place of all.
