The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for two guests. The second bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm and benefits from its own private shower and WC as well as air conditioning, ensuring a restful and self-contained retreat. A separate shower and WC serves the remainder of the property. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, while a 20 m2 terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs invites you to enjoy the partial sea view in complete comfort.
