3-bedroom villa Matea is located on a spacious private estate of 1,700 m2. 6 guests can comfortably enjoy their stay at the villa, with an additional sleeping space in the living room (sleeping sofa).

Familiäre Atmosphäre und schöne Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienunterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Gastgeberin Tanja empfangen. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt und Herz gearbeitet wird.Besonders positiv möchten wir hervorheben, dass die Unterkunft weitgehend rollstuhlgerecht ist – alle Räume sind gut zugänglich und barrierefrei gestaltet. Lediglich der Eingang zur Unterkunft ist aktuell noch nicht ebenerdig. Eine kleine bauliche Anpassung würde hier den Zugang deutlich erleichtern und die Unterkunft auch für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen komplett barrierefrei machen.Auch die Lage hat uns begeistert: ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch zentral genug, um Ausflüge und Besorgungen problemlos zu unternehmen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und zum Erkunden.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung – vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Villa Matea ist in wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber - wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Der Check In und Check Out war unkompliziert, allgemein war die Kommunikation mit Tanja super. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Attraktionen in der Umgebung. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Tanja sehr empfehlen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Die Villa Matea ist wie beschrieben und wir können die anderen positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. In ungefähr 400 m Entfernung gibt es einen der üblichen kleinen Supermärkte, wo man täglich frisches Brot und sonstige Lebens- und Gebrauchsmittel bekommt. Ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer und bin im EG gut zurecht gekommen.

Prachtig huis met een super lieve gastvrouw

Het huren van deze vakantiewoning was zeker en vast de juiste keuze. Het was een prachtige villa alles was super netjes en zag er goed uit. De keuken was voorzien van allerlei keukengereedschap (dit heb je niet vaak bij anderen) dit was super handig! Onze gastvrouw was een super lieve vrouw als we een vraag hadden beantwoorden zij deze meteen ze stuurde ook vaak of alles oke was en stuurde suggesties wat we zouden kunnen doen in Pula. Kortom top vrouw!! Ook was de villa niet te ver van de stad (een auto hebben is wel aangeraden). De villa is zeker een aanrader voor wie een rustige vakantie wil doorbrengen in een prachtig land!

Tolle Haus, Tolle Gastgeberin

Es ist wirklich alles wie auf den Fotos, die Gastgeberin (Tanja) ist super nett, spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist immer für ihre Gäste da. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die entfernung zum nächsten Restaurant oder Supermarkt. Alle in Allem kann ich dieses Haus nur empfehlen!!!

PERFEKT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in der zauberhaften Villa Matea verbringen. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders der Pool wurde von der lieben Eigentümerin Tanja regelmäßig gereinigt. Auch hat uns Tanja mit Gemüse aus ihrem Garten und mit Selbstgebackenem verwöhnt. Der Abschied viel uns schwer 😥. Die Villa Matea ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
