House Nikolina is brand new self standing house in countryside, surrounded with spacious greenery, such offering a magnificent atmosphere for the relaxing, careless holiday. Location on the very entrance to the village Rakalj and 2 km from the village Krnica is convenient place which allows guests to visits local restaurants, small grocery stores, village events search for the hidden local beaches. There are two identical, tastefully furnished apartments of 100 m2 each, one on the ground floor and another on the second floor. Each apartment has its own independent entrance, offering to the the guests the feeling of privacy. However the house is very good choice for 2 families who plan their holiday together. Garden grill and children playground are shared, as well as 3000 sq m of fenced lawn.
Village Rakalj is perfect starting point for daily excursions to picturesque medieval Istrian towns, aqua park Istralandia, Dino-park, National Park Brijuni – the magnificent archipelago of unique natural beauty, Pula -cultural and historical center of the region with its vibrant summer life ..

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wirklich alles sehr sauber , tolles Grundstück mit großem Garten, für die Kinder toll zum Spielen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Sehr sauberes gepflegtes Haus, in ruhiger Lage. Schöner, großer Garten, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, schattig auf der Terasse und Freisitz, Sonnenterasse mit Grill. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto an verschiedenen lohnenden Stränden (je ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt). Minimarkets ca. 1 km im Ort, dort auch mit ein Restaurant/Grill daneben, Zum Essen sonst im Nachbarort (bei uns war allerdings nur mit Reservierung ein Platz zu bekommen) oder bei uns mit besserer Erfahrung in der Pizzeria Luna in Prodol. Die ersten Feigen gabs bei uns auch. Die Küche ist eher sparsam ausgestattet, aber alles Wichtige ist da, nur ein kleinerer Topf wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Die Übergabe mit Nicolina verlief reibungslos, ohne zu warten, in bestem Englisch. Auch zur Abreise war sie sofort erreichbar und alles war unkompliziert. Die obere Wohnung war vermietet, was uns aber gar nicht gestört hat, da es dort eine unabhängige Balkonterasse gibt von der aus man sich nicht einmal gegenseitig sieht, so dass wir vollkommen ungestört waren. Kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns in die gleiche Ecke von Kroatien nochmal ziehen sollte.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir sind als 4-köpfige Familie angereist und wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Nikolina begrüßt. Das Haus, die Wohnung sowie der Garten sind sehr großzügig und gepflegt angelegt. Rakalj ist ein ruhiger Ort und trotzdem hat man alles, was man braucht (Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Strand und Restaurants) in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und es war jedes Mal ein wohliges Gefühl "nach Haus" zu kommen. Uns fiel der Abschied schwer! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern und haben beide Wohnungen (Erdgeschoss und 1. Stock) bewohnt. Die Wohnungen sind groß und der Garten und die Terrasse mit Hollywoodschaukel ein Paradies für Kinder. Als wir im August dort waren, waren die Feigen im Garten reif und haben unser Frühstück versüßt. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Rakalj ist ein kleines Städtchen mit einem Restaurant und einem Supermarkt, der in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Im Nachbarort Krnica gibt es weitere Restaurants. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Es gibt einige wunderschöne Buchten, die mit dem Auto innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar sind.

Wunderbar erholsam

Wir haben genau das gefunden was wir uns gewünscht haben - Erholung pur! Wer Party möchte, wird das hier nicht finden. Der Garten ist traumhaft, die Wohnung großzügig und sehr sauber. Für uns war das genau der richtige Ort - wir kommen wieder!!!

Besser geht es nicht!

Dies war unser erster, aber sicher nicht der letzte Besuch in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung liegt ca 10Minuten mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt im Dörfchen Rakalj. Es gibt einen Markt, teilweise sind die Preise sogar günstiger als in Pula. Der Strand ist absolut naturbelassen und nicht überlaufen. :) Unsere Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet! Genauso wie auf den Fotos! Alles wirkt frisch rennoviert und neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Morgens haben wir immer auf der großen Terrasse gefrühstückt und sind dann zu Strand gefahren. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, solltet ihr euch Ventilatoren besorgen. In Pula haben wir bei Kaufland welche für ca 23Euro bekommen. Alle Fester und Türen haben Insektenschutzgitter und das Leitungswasser ist trinkbar. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr... Schöne, großzügig Ferienwohnung

Wer es ruhiger mag, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Die Terasse und der Garten sind riesig. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn hier (2 Jahre alt) und für ihn war ebenfalls alles gerichtet und vorbereitet (Hochstuhl, Bett, Spielzeug). Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Sehr grosses und tolles Appartment

Das Appartment bietet alles was man sich wünscht und was man braucht; inkl Waschmaschine, großer, überdachter Terasse, großer Terasse mit Sonnenliegen und Grill. Absolut zu empfehlen!
