Also on this level, an open kitchen is seamlessly integrated with a dining area and equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, along with 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor bathroom includes a shower, WC, a double hand-basin, and a hydro massage shower, offering a refined and relaxing experience.
