Set at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, the south-facing villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, 4 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and spectacular Mediterranean views.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens directly onto a 70 m² covered terrace with lounge and dining areas for 8, gas BBQ and access to the impressive 11 x 4 m private swimming pool with 10 sun loungers.
Upstairs are the four bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with its own 40 m² private terrace. All bathrooms are ensuite. The highlight is the magnificent 90 m² rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views across Marbella, the Mediterranean and, on clear days, Gibraltar and Africa.
