• Indoors, the villa’s open-plan living and dining spaces are bathed in natural light and flow seamlessly into a fully equipped designer kitchen. Textured neutrals, natural woods and arched windows create a calm, refined backdrop for convivial evenings. Four ensuite bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy. • Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: 100€ extra.
• Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discount

• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this property.
• Please note that our property does not accommodate individuals or groups under the age of 30. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests.
• Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number if you come by plane, when making an inquiry / reservation.
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)


✧ PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES ✧

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the property: € 400.00
• The guest must comply with the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
