The property has been renovated and redecorated to an excellent standard, providing guests with an apartment that is not only luxurious, but also extremely comfortable. The spacious exterior terrace boasts chillout seating, alfresco dining area, BBQ, sun loungers, and amazing views of the golf course below and the Mediterranean sea beyond.
The world-famous Puerto Banús and beaches are just 10 minutes drive from the apartment, and for golf lovers, the property is situated right in the heart of the Nueva Andalucía golf valley, with 4 golf courses less than 5 minutes away.
The front door opens to the bright dining and living room in front, the kitchen on the right, and the doors to the bedrooms on either side of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and appliances expected of a luxury property. It is perfect for those guests wishing to cook and entertain while at their home away from home. The dining area with seating for 6, makes way to the living room, which is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The sliding windows provide the main access point to the fantastic private terrace outside.
The doorway on the left provides access to the master bedroom and the second guest bedroom, while the doorway on the right leads to the first guest bedroom. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, direct access onto the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and has access to a bathroom with shower/bath. The first guest bedroom has a large double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, and also has direct access onto the terrace.
The private south west facing terrace is arguably the apartment’s most impressive feature. The large terrace area provides covered chillout area, alfresco dining area beneath a retractable awning, gas BBQ, and 4 sun loungers that enjoy sun throughout the day. The terrace has fantastic sea views, and on clear days guests will be able to see Gibraltar and even Africa.
