Welcome to our most exclusive Villa in Elviria Marbella. Our villa is fully renovated in 2022 and offers everything you can wish for. The villa is divided over 5 floors, connected by a lift (please note that the width of the door is 70cm). There are 7 large bedrooms and 7,5 luxury bathrooms. The bedrooms have wooden floors. All bedrooms have electric shutters. The villa is equipped with demotica, so with one button you can close all shutters and turn off all lights. The infinity pool, the home cinema, the gym and spa with sauna with infrared sauna heaters and the Turkish steam-bath complete the villa. Please note that we are in the final face of renovation, so we will keep on updating new photos to our listing and all be ready the 1st of July 2022.

Living room
In the living room you will find an open plan kitchen with cooking island and bar, a lounge area with a 65" TV, a dining table for 12 persons and a relax area with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an interactive Side-by-Side fridge, oven, steam oven, microwave and plate heaters, a Sage espresso machine, Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, induction hot plate with build in extraction, 2 wine fridges, a Quooker with instant boiling water and food dispenser. Furthermore the kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials. Finally there is a professional juicer in place. The living room is connected by a 6 meter sliding door to give you direct access to the outdoor area.

Outdoor terrace
The tropical outdoor terrace offers a large infinity pool equipped with pool heating, automated Redox salt system and a cleaning robot. Furthermore the terrace offers an outdoor shower. The outdoor kitchen is covered and equipped with a fridge, sink and BBQ. The covered dining area offers place for 14 persons. On the terrace you will find the sun beds, hammock and lounge area to enjoy the good weather in Marbella. 

Spacious bedrooms
In the villa you will find 7 large bedrooms, 6 with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have wooden floors, electric shutters and wardropes. The master bedroom offers sea view and has access to an amazing balcony to relax. The master bedroom offers a large walk-in wardrobe and you will enjoy the super kingsize (200x200cm) W-Hotel bed. The large master bathroom is equipped with 2 rain showers, a jacuzzi bathtub with sea view, a separate toilet and bidet. There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bedrooms and there are 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom. 

The relax level
On the lowest floor of the villa you will find everything to relax. A home cinema with 8 seats, a fully equipped gym and a Spa with Finish sauna (with infrared heaters) and a Turkish Steam-room with chromotherapy lights.

Garden
Aside the tropical garden on the living floor, there is an additional area with sunloungers, next to the fruit garden, where you can pick you fresh fruit every day.

Technology
The villa is equipped with the latest technology. Throughout the house there is audio streaming in almost all rooms. On each floor you find a touch screen to operate the systems in the house. All shutters and lights can be operated via the tablets or your phone. The 8 WiFi access-points throughout the villa guarantee you the best connection to the internet. Throughout the house, each room is equipped with Airzone airconditioning. The solar-panels contribute to a better environment and in the garage there is an electric car charger available for you. 

Parking
There are 2 parking spots available in the indoor garage and there are 2 parking spots on the driveway. 

What's included
We will supply you with all the essentials, fresh bedding, towels, beach towels, shower gel and shampoo (Björk and Berries), toilet paper, etc. Also the kitchen will be supplied with all the essentials (herbs, olive oil, dishwasher tabs, etc).

Location
The villa is located directly on the Santa Maria Golf course in Elviria Marbella and offers sea views. The nearest beaches and beach clubs like Nikki Beach, La Plage Casanis and the Beach house are just 5 minutes drive away.

Hotel services
Good news for our guests who want to enjoy the space and comfort of an apartment but want the service of a hotel! We now also offer extra services to our guests. These include concierge services (booking a restaurant, massage, private chef, babysit services, etc) as well as luggage storage. We also offer additional housekeeping service, (daily) fresh towel service and breakfast, lunch and dinner services. We are here for you and just tell us your wishes and we make sure you can enjoy your holidays to the max! Please request a quotation for our additional services.

Pets
We do allow (small) pets free of charge upon request, under the condition that you leave the apartment "hair free". Also it is not allowed to have the pets on the furniture as well you cannot leave the pet alone in the apartment or balcony at any time. 

Groups
Unfortunately we have to be selective in our guests and we can't host groups of youngsters and party people.

Check-in and out time
The guaranteed check-in time is 16:00/4PM, in case of a same day check-out. We do our best to have the apartment ready for you as soon as possible and you always can drop off your luggage before. In case we have an in-between day, we can arrange an early check-in. The latest check-out time is 11:00/11AM, in case of a same day check-in. In case of an in-between day we can arrange a late check-out for you. If you wish a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out we recommend to book a day extra.
