The apartment comprises: access to the 8th floor by elevator (three elevators) or stairs; entrance directly to the living/dining room with a 65" Smart TV, a dining area for four people, and a sofa bed ideal for a child; access to the furnished terrace with partial sea and port views; open kitchen equipped with all amenities such as oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, pans, cutlery, etc.; large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe to store your belongings, and access to the second furnished terrace with partial sea and port views; and full bathroom with shower.

🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.

🚗 The property does not have a car park. You may park on the street or in a public parking; the nearest parkings are at Francisco Norte-Playa and Avenida del Mar. This note is merely informative; we are an external agency.
