VILLA DESCRIPTION:
This villa is simply stunning. Located in one of the most sort after areas of the Costa del Sol, this San Pedro de Alcantara beachside villa is perfect for families and couples looking to be close to the beach, all amenities and to enjoy the peaceful/quiet neighbourhood whilst relaxing during your holiday.
This luxury villa consists of 3 spacious bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite off the master bedroom. The villa also boasts a spacious, light and airy lounge and dining area where you can enjoy UK and other international TV channels and high speed internet, with Firestick TV. The lounge leads onto a fabulous garden, south facing so you have sun all day to enjoy the comfy terrace seating, or the sun loungers available whilst sitting in paradise. (Jacuzzi is available for use at a surcharge of 20.00 Euros per night and only available in the months of October-March)
In the evening sit under the stars and enjoy a BBQ and glass of wine. This peaceful, beautifully located villa also comes with full air conditioning for those summer days and nights and also heating for the winter months. The villa includes towels, beach towels and a safe.
The San Pedro beachfront is only a short walk from the villa (500 meters) where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars in Spain sampling delicious tapas and seafood. The town of San Pedro de Alcantara is also just a short walk away to experience some of the local culture. A car is not necessary at this fabulous villa.

An excellent Villa
An excellent Villa to use as a base for an extended stay in the very nice San Pedro area. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and excellent promenade walking. Can easily house 6 with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , and excellent kitchen and lounge. Nice garden also with very responsive host manager on call if you need her for any questions ( thank you Gemma ! ).

After a slight hiccup on arrival, EVERYTHING was excellent!
Our 10th time in the area and this has to have been the best rental.
Villa was spotless.
All beds were comfortable.
Location 5 min walk fro beach, 15 min to San Pedro.
The villa was so well equipped that we ate in every night….really was superb!
We paid to use the jacuzzi…..superb!
We were that impressed with it that we have already booked it for 2025!

Great villa
Everything here was great from the accommodation to the garden to the welcome pack. Comfy sofas outside to relax on and easy walking to nearby restaurants and the beach. A great villa for a very relaxing holiday.

This Villa is Fantastic it’s a hidden Gem
The Villa is Everything we wanted and more.
It is in a quiet street.
500m to the Beach and all the fantastic restaurants.
The other way is about 500m to the Town.
There must be a choice of well over 100 restaurants to eat at.
All reasonable prices for Marbella.
You do not need a Car here, we had a pick up and drop off, which was perfect.
You can also pick taxis up 8 euros to Porto Banus.
The Villa is spotless and all the Beds are off the Highest quality pocket sprung mattresses. The sofas are brand new and comfy also full English TV.
Bathrooms are lovely, also full air conditioning.
The garden gets the sun all day long and is beautiful.
Gemma is also spot on as a host.
welcome pack of Cava, Water, Coffee etc was a lovely touch.
We also did Laguna Beach which is a great beach club 15 euros in a Taxi.
Do not go to Bora Bora beach club at the bottom of the road.it is a rip off for drinks 16 euros for a G & T and no one was by there pool.
The fish restaurants on the front are fantastic.
Also casa fernando this is 150m away is lovely.
10 out of 10 for us 8 nights was not long enough.
We are looking at returning in June for 10 nights.
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else now.

Nice villa and location
We had a pleasant 3 week stay at the villa. Close to the beach and San Pedro town (walking distance). Also good for excursions by car. All amenities in the house were perfect. Nice little garden with sun all day long.

Komfortables Ferienhaus
Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus mit wirklich allen, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Es waren sogar Standhandtücher für alle da und durch die Klimaanlage blieb das ganze Haus im August angenehm kühl. Einen Mietwagen empfehlen wir dennoch, denn bis zum Stadtzentrum geht man ca. 20 min und auch zur Promenade geht man locker 10 - 15 min. Dort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, wir empfehlen sehr "El Ancla" (ist aber elegant!). Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt, jedoch sehr steinig, also sind Badeschuhe ein Muss. Dafür sind die Strandliegen mit 6-9 € deutlich günstiger als Richtung Marbella. Der Garten des Ferienhauses ist gepflegt und hätte durchaus Platz für einen Swimmingpool, den hätten wir gerne noch gehabt und der kleine Whirlpool wird im Sommer nicht in Betrieb genommen. Da manchmal die Sicherungen raussprangen, wenn zu viele Stromquellen an waren hatten wir anfangs Kontakt mit der Ferienhausagentur, die uns aber sofort und sehr sehr freundlich helfen konnten und auch abends um 22 Uhr noch antworteten. Top!
