Stayed 4 nights (first time for me in Marbella).
The hotel is nice and the room I had was spacious, clean and had a good/comfy large bed. But the room was facing a rather trafficked road outside, so I felt it was a bit noisy (not too bad though, with windows closed). The balcony was also facing the road, so not very tempting to sit down on (the hotel has other rooms, facing other parts of the area, and I would consider booking a room in another part of the building.)
The swimmingpool was nice, but the patio around it is partly in shade much of the day (at least in end September). But convenient pool bar, serving drinks and food by the pool.
Breakfast buffet was very good, with different selections. Seating both indoors and outdoor.
Reception staff was friendly and helpful, but at times seemed a bit understaffed.
Location is quite good, with easy walk down to the yacht harbor, the beach, shopping, restaurants and nightclubs. As mentioned, only negative was the closeness to the road on the northside of the hotel.
All in all, good value for money in Puerto Banús
