Absolutely fabulous hotel with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic and once again the staff were lovely. Room was gorgeous, spacious and beautiful. Multiple pools and lovely grounds. Beach club was just down the street and lovely as well. Area is safe and quiet, lots of new expensive homes going in there.

The staff at front desk were not accomodating and supportive and were very rude. Particularly the check in staff. The staff at night could not provide me with a blanket as I was cold and the heating was not working in the room. I asked for support and they told me to wait until the morning. This happened two night in a row. I would not go back here. The ground were nice and the breakfast but otherwise staff did not make me feel welcome or happy with my stay.

Lovely room but the view was of a building site. Really need some bigger drawers for jumpers etc. And smaller drawers for bits and bobs. Great shower.Very comfy bed. Some staircases didn't have handrails so I wslked the long way round and walked down the ramp. Garden bar was great. Lots of different cocktails. Friendly staff. Had a guitarist / saxophonist some afternoons Great beach within a few minutes walk.
