Enjoy Marbella from this modern and cosy flat situated on the central Avenida Ricardo Soriano, one of the city’s main thoroughfares. Its excellent location means you can walk to the beach, the seafront promenade, the Old Town and a wide variety of restaurants, shops and leisure areas, making it the ideal base from which to explore the Costa del Sol.

The flat has been designed to offer a comfortable and practical stay, whether for a holiday break or a business trip. It features bright rooms, air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and all the necessary kitchenware to make you feel right at home.

Location is very good. TOO NOISY. Please change the windows !!!! There is some little works to make in the flat….cleanliness wise, make sure all the areas (even hidden ones) are done. However, I must confess sheets, wc, showers and other areas are clean. When I made the reservation, the website displays the score of 8.6 - excellent. It is definitely overrated. For some reasons, I couldn’t read the reviews as they are from other websites?!… I checked further though but no success?!
