Renovated 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of Block C in the emblematic Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This lovely west-facing apartment has a private terrace with partial sea views. surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is almost completely new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with flat-screen TV with international channels and sofa-bed for 2 guests, leading to the furnished terrace; compact open-plan kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.; and bedroom with two large single beds, fitted wardrobe, and tiled bathroom with shower.

The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.

Fantastic spot for a quick winter sun break

Superb location and perfect for a short winter break for my husband and I. Super quiet and easy to settle in so made for a very relaxing week. Pool is very special as it one of the only ones open in winter. Our apartment was perfect for two adults, beds were very comfortable and facilities were exactly as advertised. Staff from the SKOL office were very helpful with early and late check ins/outs. Highly recommended.
