Discover a perfect refuge for up to four adults and 3 children in this spacious apartment located in a picturesque urbanisation in Marbella, right in the heart of the Dunas de Artola. Here you combine comfort with nature, enjoying a relaxing communal pool and a serene environment ideal for disconnecting.



Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright living-dining room that integrates with a modern American kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. The American bar adds an elegant and functional touch. From the living room, you access a cosy 15 m² terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool, perfect for moments of relaxation and socialising.



The apartment is on the first floor (without a lift) and has three bedrooms designed for your comfort: a main bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony; a second bedroom also with a double bed and exterior views; and a third versatile bedroom with bunk bed and additional bed, ideal for children. Additionally, it has a second full bathroom for greater convenience.



Its location is strategic: just 800 metres from the sandy beach and rocky beach of Playa Triana de Cabopino, and at the same distance from the Dunas de Artola Natural Park, a perfect place for hiking, sports and wildlife photography. In addition, it is close to restaurants in Puerto Cabopino, golf courses, and various points of cultural and leisure interest in the province of Málaga.



For your comfort and safety, the apartment includes central air conditioning to maintain the ideal temperature all year round, heating, gym, mosquito nets, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, wifi connection, and a television. You will also have a numbered covered parking space in the same building, ensuring a worry-free stay.

IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 9:00 PM onwards involve an additional cost that must be paid upon entry.
