Beautiful Villa with heated pool very near Puerto Banus

4 double bedrooms all with double beds, 2 of which have ensuites. A further bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds i.e. 4 kids and a separate family bathroom. Private secluded pool. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Beautiful views of la concha mountain can be seen from the upstairs patio. Just 3 minutes walk to Mercadona supermarket, chemists, organic butchers and vegetable store - not forgetting the fantastic organic ice cream shop. Within 10 minutes walk you will find over a dozen quality restaurants and bars. The famous La Sala restaurant and bar is approx 15 mins walk. A taxi into Puerto Banus is a short 7 minute ride. For the golf enthusiast, the villa could not be better situated with many courses within easy reach.

Great stay in this lovely Villa

Myself and my party of 7 had a wonderful stay in Simon’s villa. Great location near everything you need for a stay in Marbella and the Villa had all we needed! Shops nearby was also a great plus to stock up on essentials. Correspondence from Simon was superb throughout and Christian was a gentleman, meeting us at the Villa to check us in and when we checked out. Overall I would highly recommend anyone staying here and would do so again myself! Thanks Simon!

Fabulous Villa

Villa was just as listed. We had a fabulous stay. Owner has thought of everything. Villa spotlessly clean and a warm welcome from Christian when we arrived. Both Simon and Christian checked in with us to make sure everything was ok after we arrived. Location was great with supermarket and lovely deli close at hand. Would highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you Simon and Christian
