Our stay was absolutely incredible! The ocean view from the condo was truly unbelievable, and even from the pool the scenery was just as stunning. One of the highlights of our trip was getting to see dolphins almost every morning during our stay and we were even lucky enough to spot a manatee right in front of the condo! We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Great View and great condo

The condo was easy to find. The check-in process was easy. Upon arrival the first impression of the condo was great. After staying there the owner is well organized and has good taste in condo content. We stayed during the 4th of July holiday and the view of fireworks was awesome over multiple shows across the key. Full moon views are beautiful and the pool is great. As the sun sets and you are feeling the burn you will get a shaded pool in the early evening. We saw manatees a few days. The walk down the public beach next to the property is a plus.

Truly a Million Dollar View!

This condo certainly lives up to its name. The view was spectacular! Loved that it was an end unit which allowed sunrise and sunset views! Everything was wonderful from the beginning of our stay until the end. The unit is immaculate, well stocked and the location is very conveniently based midway thru the Keys. We easily drove to Key West two days of our stay. The Atlantic is so close that you actually have to look down to see sand! We watched dolphin every evening from the balcony! I must also add that the welcome basket was a very nice touch! I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future!

Wonderful condo for a relaxing vacation!

Yes, this condo does have a million dollar view. The Atlantic is 50 right off the balcony. You can see the Florida Bay from the kitchen window. It being an end unit with southern view makes it light & airy. It's an updated unit with lots of touches including colorful towels & pretty dishes. Plus the location is convenient. We hope to reserve it again for next year. Very nice place indeed!

Right on the Beach

You can't get any closer to the water than this unit on Cocoa Plum Key. Very close to Marathon with all the facilities and services, this is a great location for you and your family. The unit is large and very nicely furnished. The location is right on the beach. You have to look down to see any sand. The pool deck and chairs are convenient. Enjoy your time in the sun.

Views for days!

We loved this property and would recommend. The views are the best anyone could ask for, views from every door and window of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. The property was immaculate upon arrival and well maintained. Linens were comfortable and condo was well appointed. Location is nice as it's midway through the keys and allows a nice homebase to bounce around to other keys. It's worth noting that at certain times of the year the beach is not swimmable due to seasonal seagrass buildup, but still a nice view.
