Room 204 Monza Building (2 Bed Apartment), Great for Visiting the Ferrari and Pavarotti Museums. If you are planning on eating in the Apartment, you need some items for washing pots as nothing provided, also almost no cooking pans or utensils.

Great hotel, rooms very nice with a great bathroom. Breakfast had great choices and was included in the price. We ate at the Paddock restaurant in the evening which is a classy place with great food but be prepared to pay the price. We would definitely stay again.

An OK option for Maranello

Air conditioning didn’t work and the restaurant was closed while we were there. Otherwise a perfectly fine hotel. Great staff. Very supportive.

Hostess at reception was not friendly upon arrival. Not hospitable at all although the male at check out was very friendly. Upon arrival to our room, we realized the pictures online really make it look way more luxurious than it is. Concept of the hotel is nice with different buildings named after various races. Huge spider and web in corner of the wall. Stained curtains, rust from leaking radiator on floor, damaged walls that were painted and not plastered. Vent in bathroom was completely filled with dust. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months! Shower door didn’t close properly. Location: absolutely nothing to do in the area. Close to Ferrari Museum but really in an industrial area. Good for a quick stop.

For the price it’s a good hotel. Not really in walkable distance of anywhere to eat but the on site paddock restaurant was exceptional. Very friendly reception staff And of course the obvious- Ferrari theme was a plus.

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Overall, the apartment deserves a good rating, but there are a few things that need to be addressed. The cleaning of the room requires improvement, when I checked in I found a paper cup under the bed in the bedroom, the next day, after cleaning the room, the cup was still under the bed, and it was so close to the edge that I didn’t even have to bend down to see it. The bathroom was also not as clean as you would usually expect from a bathroom in a hotel of this level and price. The audibility in the rooms is excellent, I could clearly hear the party in the next room, but I was lucky that the neighbors were decent people and finished the party a little after 23.00.

Overrated

Nicely themed village setup, unfortunately not great setup for breakfast as you have to walk back to the main building in an open area, which is ok if not raining, otherwise you could be having breakfast wet. Attention to detail needed for a 4 star property, dead bug and hair found on bathroom on arrival, had left a complementary bottle of wine and no corkscrew to open it.Overall nice, but if returning to Maranello would stay elsewhere, prob Planet Hotel.

It was a good property located near Ferrari museum. It had Ferrari themes but I thought it may have more interactive aspects and in the rooms as well apart from poster like some of the Stuttgart hotels we have previously visited
