Three years always this house speaks for itself

We liked everything including the house with the pool, the location close to the beach, and the small grocery store nearby. Additionally, the service of the owners is excellent!! There is nothing to improve in our opinion

Fantastic family holiday

We had the best family holiday ever here. Great villa and we loved the pool, we were a short walk from the most family friendly beach you could have asked for and even closer to a wonderful supermarket. We couldn't believe how good the range and quality of food was and lovely helpful staff. By the end of the holiday our children (3 and 6) were asking for bread in Italian with the encouragement of all the lovely local people. We would love to come here again with our extended family, it's just squeezing us all in that's the problem!!

Lovely stay in Sardinia

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children had a lovely very chilled and relaxing stay. Sardinia is a beautiful country. The beach within walking distance is great and restaurant/ supermarket also very close where you can buy most things. The road to villa was extremely bumpy on arrival but Sardinia (Italy in general) had an extremely wet May. We arrived to rain but then had great weather the rest of our stay. If you want a chilled holiday beach days/pool days then I would highly recommend.

Dream holiday

The house is perfect, Torre delle Stelle is lovely (and has pretty much everything you could need), Genn'e Mari beach is stunning... if you wanted to, you could easily stay in TdS for a fortnight, but it is also the perfect base to explore the SE corner of Sardinia - gorgeous Cagliari is 45 mins away, Nora/ Pula is 1 hr, the Sete Fratelli mountains are just inland, and there are so many other amazing beaches on your doorstep... Angela and Karim are also fantastic hosts, and their recommendations for trips and places to eat were perfect. We had a fantastic fortnight here and cannot recommend highly enough!

Marvellous stay in a dream house

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Villa Ami. The setting of the house and the garden were just beautiful - all surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers. There is complete privacy - perfect, if you wish for peace and relaxation. Angela and Karim, our hosts were just great - they gave us a warm welcome and made us feel like being at home. And they were always there when we needed help/information for whatsoever! If at all, maybe spraying the bushes with a mosquito spray from time to time … A barbecue gas grill

High price without any luxury

Clean but basic. Very good bathrooms. Cheap Bedding. Access to property not clearly explained. Property only checked at the beginning of the season. We went in September and equipment was damaged or broken. Area lovely and locals extremely helpful

what a lovely 2 week holiday

The villa is well appointed being close to the supermarket, restaurants and beach. Torre Delle Stelle is a self contained resort area with no major developments to ruin the feel. The beach and sea are wonderful with amazingly clear water. The villa is well maintained, nicely furnished with good amenities and a lovely pool. The outer seating area creates a nice outdoor space. Karim and Angela were on hand to answer any queries we had and even gave us some welcome gifts in the kitchen when we arrived which were a lovely surprise. Coming home has been the most difficult part!

Our Second Stay In Villa Ami

We finally managed to get back to Sardinia after having to postpone from 2020/2021, Angela was very understanding in allowing us to carry our booking forward until we could actually travel freely. The villa itself is clean, bright and airy with all the facilities you need. The outdoor area is tranquil and very private. A short walk to a glorious beach, beach bar, supermarket and 2 restaurants. If you are feeling fit, (we didn't have a car this time) there is a lovely new (to us) pizza restaurant called Farra up on the main road which provides an additional option of where to eat. All in all we couldn't have enjoyed our stay anymore and thoroughly recommend it.

Property was excellent and as advised. Very peaceful and private. Lovely pool and lots of areas to sit out. Good provisions and facilities. Wi-Fi sometimes cut out or a little slow but other times worked fine. Location was amazing. A great pizzeria and supermarket a stones throw away. The beach is stunning and so easy to walk to. Some of the surrounding roads are effectively dirt tracks. It was ok but advise against a low suspension hire car. We had a fantastic trip, would return again and strongly recommend the villa and the area

Beautiful green oasis in the heart of Torre Delle Stelle

We stayed at Villa Ami for one week in August with two small children, the location of the Villa is great, it’s only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars or supermarket. Despite the town was extremely busy, the house felt like a quit green oasis due to its location off the main road, so it was great to relax in the beautiful green outdoor area around the pool. Mosquito repellent is definitely recommendable. The spacious house is the perfect size for a family and there were even some games and sand toys to bring to the beach. Karim and Angela were great hosts, always very responsive and helpful with everything. Great place to relax with the family and would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Ami.

Rosangela was quite responsive. Always within the hour I would receive an answer to my questions, and frankly, usually within a few minutes. The house was exactly like the photos. It was a quiet and relaxing location with the beach easily reachable just a few minutes by foot. Rosangela was very helpful with suggestions about the area and even helped with our Argritourismo dinner booking! I can recommend the location to any family the local beach and grocery store make it a location where you can spend the entire week without needing. to hop in your car.

Beautiful stay at Ami Villa

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Ami.The villa was beautiful, bright, and peaceful. It is well shielded by hedges, providing a great deal of privacy.The only minor challenge is the access road, which is quite narrow. The transition from the street to the driveway is a bit tricky due to a small hill, especially for cars with a low clearance.It’s just a 3-minute walk to the supermarket, which has a well-stocked fresh food counter offering meat, cheese, antipasti, and baked goods. Across the street, there is a fish shop selling very fresh and tasty fish. The restaurant right next door is also highly recommended, with a well-balanced menu.The beach is, as described, 300 meters away and very beautiful. It lies in a bay and is not overcrowded. We found the area to be very local and authentic, which we really appreciated.If we travel to the area again, we would definitely book Villa Ami once more and can highly recommend it.

Lovely stay just a few minute walk to a great beach in beautiful Sardinia

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ami, and would definitely book again. The pool was great for cooling off (about 4 feet deep) but we preferred going to the beach. White sand, smooth bottom making it a delight to wade in the water, and some of the clearest water I've ever seen. If you're traveling 'off season' make sure you read the previous reviews. We visited in late May and there were limited restaurant options within walking distance (e.g., one only open on weekends till June, and required reservations). Luckily the well stocked market and friendly coffee shop were open in the mornings. If you don't mind cooking (or driving further afield) the upside of this time of year is few crowds! Likes - the location is perfect, easy and short walk to the beach, market and restaurants (when open) - kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking - the villa was very clean and uncluttered, bright and comfortable -the pool was nice and not too cold in mid/late May - the wifi worked very well for us - although we didn’t use the air conditioning much it seemed to work well. We found ourselves turning it on for a few minutes before we went to sleep to cool down the bedrooms - we found the beds to be comfortable, we slept well (the pillows were a bit too puffy for us) - easy communication with the host Wishes - it would have been lovely to have a couple of pool floats to lounge on - the recycling is a bit complicated for us (non-Europeans) and sometimes the items were not picked up.

Beautiful but with drawbacks

Positives: The Villa is lovely and exactly as pictured. The Coastline from Cagliari to Costa Rey ( the area that we explored) is stunning! The abundance of wild flowers at this time of year is spectacular! Negatives: We found the bed in the master bedroom impossible to sleep on, the mattress was the hardest we've ever encountered. My husband spent nights 2 - 7 on the sofa and I was in the spare single! Villa listings states a car is not required. This may be the case in July and August when the shops and cafe's are open in Torre Delle Stelle but during our trip the shop was only open for the first 2 days, and nothing else was open. Had we not had a car we would have had no way of obtaining food. Torre delle Stelle must be an entirely different place in the summer but be warned in April, it was like staying in a ghost town. A very odd experience. We weren't looking for nightlife, just somewhere to buy food and drinks! If you do visit this area, a must see is Punta Molintas just outside Villasimius. It is a lovely small beach surrounded by incredible rock formations. This is where we spent most days as exploring the rocks kept our sons busy. There were several shops cafes and bars in Villasimius but it is a 30 - 40 minute drive from the Villa. I'm glad we saw the beauty of this part of Sardinia but I wouldnt reccomend visiting at this time of year unless you are prepared to travel for food and appreciate complete solitude.

Eine fantastische Unterkunft und perfekte Betreuung durch Angela und Karim, herzlichen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Beide waren immer für uns da, vielen Dank. Die Lage ist super, das Haus echt gut. Kleinere Reparaturen sind nötig, aber beeinflussen den Aufenthalt nicht. An den frischen Pool haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Es war einfach nur schön.
