This property has good living space, is clean and the kitchen is well-stocked with equipment. The pool was well-kept. (The water is shoulder depth for a 5ft 5" adult throughout the pool). The house is literally round the corner from the shop which had everything we needed. (There is also another shop within walking distance the other way). The beach is a short walking distance further (than the first shop). There are restaurants all around the area. Angela kept us well-informed about things on WhatsApp and Karim met us and was in the area which was reassuring to know. Thank you to them for a wonderful stay!

Out of all the villas we have stayed in over the years we all agreed this has got to be up there as one of the best. Gorgeous, spacious villa in a really fantastic location and setting. Four good size bedrooms, amazing walk in shower in the huge master ensuite, a second lovely bathroom upstairs then a third really useful external bathroom which is brilliant for those relaxing pool days. Loads of space downstairs in the lovely open plan kitchen, dining, living area. Really well equipped kitchen. The filter water tap was such a bonus. Brilliant air con throughout! A massive salt water pool (much nicer than chlorine), in the most gorgeous garden. Felt really private and peaceful, yet you can walk out just a minute down the road to a well stocked little supermarket, a fish shop, a bar and a lovely pizza restaurant. Just a further 2 or 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach with a couple of beach bars. And loads of other incredible beaches up and down the coast if you want to explore. The villa also has the most gorgeous, shaded terrace with a massive table and other places to relax and spread out. You can always find sun or shade. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers too. Other great touches were things like all the hand soap provided, dishwasher tabs, bin bags, washing up liquid etc. What also really stood out was the brilliant communication from the lovely Angela who answered all my many questions straight away. Lovely to meet Karim in person too. Would highly recommend this villa!

Agréable séjour de découverte du Sud de la Sardaigne

Globalement agréable séjour dans maison idéale pour famille ( plutôt avec grands enfants car escalier trop dangereux pour les petits enfants!) Cuisine super bien équipée, situation idéale près de la mer avec petit supermarché très utile! Remarques ou améliorations: lave-linge à l’extérieur pas trouvé de suite et pas pratique du tout s’il pleut! Peu de couvertures chaudes pour un mois d’octobre et pas de fonction heat fiable du climatiseur. Télévision avec programmes principalement en allemand. Pas de paillasson.Pas de poubelles dans les salles de bains.

Lovely secluded comfortable beach rental

Absolutely fantastic home from home. Really comfortable living and sleeping areas with plenty of space for all. The pool area is shady in the morning so you can relax without exposure to the hot sun. It has everything we needed for the holiday and the water filter tap was great - nice to not have to keep stocking up on bottled water. All in all a 5* rental close to some nice restaurants, the little supermarket and of course the beach. Angela was always on hand to provide help if required and recommended a fantastic restaurant for my husbands birthday. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Comfortable, spacious and well situated

The villa was fantastic. It is very close to a very well stocked mini super market, with bar and restaurant next door and only a few mins from the beach, which is lovely and very child/teen friendly. The villa is clean, well equipped, spacious and has a lovely shaded out door area which is private and cool. The pool is large and visible from the seated area at the back of the house. We had a very happy week doing very little other than relaxing. Our hosts Angela and Karim were lovely and looked after us well. We took a risk by not hiring a car and using taxis from Cagliari due to the location and this worked out perfectly as we didn't feel the need to leave the area.

relaxing stay in a beatiful location

We spent a really relaxing holiday in this beautiful villa. The house and garden is gorgeous and there is a big swimming pool which was very reforeshing as the tepperatures were extremelyhot. We had a car, but actually it was not really needed (except for some excursions), as there is a shop one minute doen the street and also a pizzeria directly next door. A clear recomendation!

Great villa for family stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful villa with our family of 6. The outside area with the pool is fantastic, only the mosquitos are a little pain but that's nature. The location is amazing, 5 min by foot to the beautiful beach, a nice pizzeria ond the grocery store incl. fish shop. The house inside is good aswell, the kitchen equipment could need an update. We love to cook but were quite missing some kitchen utensils e.g small cooking pots, wooden spoons, red wine glasses, real drying towels, can openers.

Grandioser Urlaub in traumhafter Villa

Wir waren im Juni/Juli 2022 für zwei Wochen mit unseren 4 Kindern in der Villa Dharma. Ein perfekter Ort. Die Villa ist geräumig, es stehen überall Klimaanlagen zur Verfügung, welche wir jedoch nur vor dem Schlafengehen kurz angemacht haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Begeistert waren wir vom frisch renovierten Küche/Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist neu und gut eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit Terasse und Pool entspricht genau den Fotos. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und in dauerhaft benutzt. Die beiden Korbschaukeln auf der Terasse laden zum chillen ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Villa befindet sich ein Supermarkt, welcher von uns fast täglich angesteuert wurde. Ebenso ein kleines Fischgeschäft wo wir ab und zu frischen Fisch gekauft haben. Der Strand und das Meer sind ebenfalls super schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die Bucht wunderschön. Wir haben mit unserem Mietwagen viele andere Strände in der Umgebung besucht. Auch hier hat es uns fantastisch gefallen. Wenn es überhaupt etwas auszusetzen gab, dann waren es die Mücken, welche uns in den Morgen- und Abendstunden genervt haben. Allerdings waren am Haus bereits diverse Utensilien gegen Mücken vorhanden (Rauchspiralen, elektrische Fliegenklappe, Sprays). Mit guter Taktik war der Mückenbefall dann erträglich. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief auch völlig unproblematisch. Angela war jederzeit erreichbar, sogar über Whatsapp. Wir sind sehr froh diesen wunderschönen Ort besucht zu haben und können die Villa Dharma absolut weiterempfehlen.

Blissful villa stay

Villa Dharma has an old world charm with modern facilities in a great location near a useful shop, decent pizzaria/bar/ restaurant and a further 5 mins walk away is a perfect Sardinian beach. The villa is spacious with a gorgeous private garden and lovely pool. Great hosts and a hassle free holiday. Highly recommend.

Great family holiday house

We all enjoyed our stay at Villa Dharma immensely. The house was lovely and cool which we appreciated given how hot it was outside. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Great local shop and simple restaurant almost next door to the house. Beach a short walk away was gorgeous. We missed having any comfortable outdoor furniture on the ground floor and first floor terraces. And we also missed having good subtle outdoor lighting.

Heavenly

This is the most beautiful part of the lovely island. We’ve been before a few times but not found Torre Delle Stelle before. Angela and Karim are really lovely hosts, completely responsive if you need anything but also leaving you to your own space in their lovely home. The children loved exploring all the books and dvds and the terrace and pool is gorgeous. Comfiest beds if any holiday place ever. Very highly recommended and we’d love to be back next year. Cagliari is lovely too.

Super Lage und großer Garten mit sehr schönem Pool

Ideale Unterkunft zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist sehr nah und auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und ein Restaurant nur 50m entfernt. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Dachtrasse mit Blick auf's Meer!

Excellent et reposant séjour a la villa Dharma en Sardaigne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est très agréable, confortable, bien entretenue et calme, très bien située au coeur d’un beau jardin avec une grande piscine tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied d’une belle plage de sable blond et à 2 minutes d’un magasin d’alimentation et d’un restaurant. Accueil très professionnel et agréable de Karim. À recommander sans réserve.

Sunny sardinia!

What a perfect place to stay in sardinia. As it states in the details 300m from beautiful beach and not too crowded. We only tried the bar/cafe that is actually on the beach and they had a good range of snacks and drinks. We also hired a speed boat from Marco on the beach (under the red sunshade) and had a adrenaline filled morning riding the waves! The shop which looks small from the front is huge inside and will keep you stocked up, the restaurant is part of the shop is lovely and friendly and also for take away pizzas, if you just want to lounge around the pool. Both are approx 100m away - perfect! Back to the property - we booked it due to it showing shady places in the garden and we are so glad we did as it was so hot! Pool and garden really pretty, with lovely outdoor table area to sit and eat outside. We even had a special visitor come and see us every day (I went spoil the surprise!) he/she took a shine to my son and followed him everywhere, which was very entertaining! Karim was on call to answer our questions and recommend places to visit. The house is a real home from home experience with good air conditioning. We would definitely recommend this property for the ease of getting to the shop and beach, as some places were high up and would be hard going in the heat. Thank you

Tolles Familienferienhaus!

Ideal für Familien, eingerichtete Küche mit den nötigsten Hilfsmitteln wie Salz, Gewürze, Essig/Öl ect. Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Schöner Garten mit tollem Pool der zweimal die Woche kontrolliert wird. Aktuell bewohnt sogar eine Schildkröte (hier heimisch) das Unterholz :-) Im Aussenbereich gibts sogar ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, und auch eine Freiluftdusche. Also alles perfekt eingerichtet für einen Tag draussen. Alles ist umsichtig und sorgfältig hergerichtet. Schön wenn alle mithelfen Sorge zu tragen zu diesem tollen Objekt. Einziger Aufwand; Kehrichttrennung. Richtig so! Muss aber ende der Woche selber entsorgt werden (in Hausnähe, Auto von Vorteil. Einfach zu finden) oder man stellt an bestimmten Tagen den entsprechenden Eimer an die Strasse. Die Vermieter/Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank Angela und Karim 🌸
