The hotel was very nice and clean, staff were helpful and attentive. We did have some issues with air conditioning in the room which we were told was being sorted but were unfortunately not during our stay meaning that our room was very warm at night due to the hot weather.

Check in process wasn’t the best. We arrived early and stored our luggage. We were told they would call us when the room was ready, 2 hours after check in time, still not called. Went to reception and room was ready. Room was very clean and comfortable, just a shame it overlooked a car park to the rear of the building. Breakfast was ok, expensive if you don’t book in advance. We wanted to cancel it for our last day - hotel wouldn’t agree to that. Wouldn’t class as 5 star, but a very good 4 star.
