Smelly room

The room smelled. We called the front desk and told them a couple of times they did nothing no discount on my bill or anything just crank the air conditioner up to try to take the smell out of the room. My family was staying at two other rooms and there smell wine

Stayed here for a travel ball tournament (block). This facility was not kid friendly, the entire hotel was baseball teams and staff kicked our kids out of the lobby (who were with an adult)-they then moved the team meeting to the empty breakfast area and were kicked out of there as well. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend for organizations to use. I talked with several coaches and parents from different teams that stayed there and we all had the same unfortunate experience. Not to mention they up-charged for block booking vs regular website and called it "getting a discount". All around poor experience.

Ac did not work. Hot and muggy in room all nite. Outdated cable services. Gave a wifi password but the network is setup to sign into network with room credentials that did not work. Breakfast was a 3 out of 5. Room quality 3 out of 5. Pool was closed for half the day (main reason booking here). If youre looking for quality, this is not the place

Very helpful staff; 2 rooms were located together and away from sports team group (which we know can be noisy!). Rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels/toiletries etc. Great breakfast room/service! Thank you.

Hotel was ok. No USB connection ports anyplace. Non ADA toilets in standard room. Breakfast was sparce little offered, waffles unavailable due to lack being out of batter mix. Parking very good, room satisfactory and clean. Good bed overall very good for the price

Pool was broken, no advertisement of that or compensation for it. Water pressure was awful. Elevator was broken and had an expired inspection. Hotel common areas were humid and damp feeling. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
