Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba sucia, el piso está lleno de pelos y basura, la cama tenía cabellos por toda la sábana, la colcha olía horrible(tengo fotos y videos)nunca fueron a hacernos limpieza, no había microondas, ni tina de hidromasajes, ni olla para langostas, y la jarra de la cafetera no había, q problema para comunicarse uno con el encargado literalmente contesta cuando le da la gana,casi me toca rogarle para q me llevara tendidos y toallas,no tiene parqueadero y para ingresar hay q pasar por un poco de oficinas donde todo el mundo está al pendiente de ti,de todos los lugares en los q yo me e quedado nunca e tenido nada malo q decir, pero este un desastre total me sentí mal con este lugar y la publicidad falsa q dan, no lo recomiendo para nada si pudiera darle menos 0 estrellas se las daba, lo único q se puede resaltar es la vista y el personal de la portería ya más nada.NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA
