Easy parking below for floor our room was on and above for rooms on the above floors was very nice. Nice view of the River. Centrally located for quick walk to all the shops and restaurants. Showers could use an upgrade for pressure and height

Not recommended.

Honestly, the location is very good. However, there was virtually no staff. The hall and rooms on the lower floor were all tile. As a result, every time someone went in or out of their room, the door would slam. Of course, the only things that really matter in any hotel room are the bed and the water pressure. The shower was barely more than a trickle. The bed should have been put in a dumpster 5 or 10 years ago. Whenever I sat or layed down on the bed, I literally sank into the mattress 8 to 10 inches! Certainly, I'm not blaming the skeleton staff. The owners need to update or sell.

Seniors shouldn't suffer!

The only good thing is that we can get our money back. The bad thing is that I have to go through hotels.com to do it. I am so tired by not being able to have an adequate hotel, that having to do that too feels like another kick in the gut.
