Great family vacation in Manistee

This property was perfect for our family of six adults. Large bedrooms, three full baths, and an absolutely fantastic location. My wife and I walked to the downtown area every night, and down to the beach several of the mornings during our stay. Great place. Perfect!

Solid accommodations in Manistee

Enjoyed the stay, front porch, and backyard grill. Beds seemed new and were comfortable. Kitchen was functional, but small for the house/number of guests (and to be expected due to being older but wonderful house.). Good parking.

Wonderful!!

My grown sons, daughter and her boyfriend, my son’s almost 3 yr. old and myself spent a week in and around Manistee. This house really met our needs! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very clean which is very important to me. Great location, close to beaches and town. Kitchen is a bit small but well equipped with anything needed. Didn’t really cook much since there are so many great restaurants nearby. Bedrooms are very spacious. First floor shower is quite small but there are others. It was fine for me though. Lots to do in Manistee and nearby Ludington. Beautiful beaches!! Great restaurants! My family has been coming to this area for at least 25 years and it never disappoints!!! Dirk, the host was wonderful to work with and very accommodating! We really enjoyed fires in the fire pit and games around the spacious dining room table. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Staying in a house that is over 140 years old was very cool! It was furnished and decorated beautifully and was very clean! Having 5 bedrooms for the 5 of us gals, was great. We felt safe in this neighborhood and it is close to the downtown shops and restaurants. The host was easy to stay in contact with. We would stay here again!
