Apartment with wonderful sea views from the living room, bedrooms and terrace. It has a communal pool and free parking space. Exceptionally located to enjoy the beautiful natural beaches of Manilva and other nearby towns such as Estepona, Marbella or the Strait of Gibraltar. It has three very bright bedrooms, a living-dining room, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), and a fully equipped kitchen. SMART TV, WIFI and air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. The building has an elevator.

Nice apartment with elevator, in a building facing the sea, which allows you to enjoy incredible views of the sea and the pool. It has all the comforts, ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc. The house also has free WIFI, SMART TV, and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms. It has a free PARKING space
