New and tastefully furnished, it is located in a 24/7 secure residence.
It can accommodate up to 5 people.
Composition: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and hydrojets and the other with a simple shower), a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, covered parking space in the basement and access to the apartment by lift.
Possibility of access to five swimming pools and padel (mix of squash and tennis).
Ideal for a relaxing stay. The location will delight golfers (close to the Duquesa golf course).
Children welcome, pets not allowed.
Located 2 km from the Duquesa port, beaches and shops.
At the Duquesa port, you will find restaurants, bars, nightclubs. Beautiful walks down San Luis de Sabinillas or the other path to the Duquesa castle and to the Manilva nature reserve. Close to the town of Estepona, a typical Andalusian town with its old neighbourhoods, restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches.
