The property is located on the corner of College and Kimball, a prime location when attending any K-State sporting event. Walking distance to Via Christi Hospital and easy access to Seth Childs and Tuttle Creek Blvd. Just minutes from NBAF (National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility) and the college campus.
