Spacious and bright apartment within the elegant "Borgo del Torchio" complex, which is spread over an area of about 30,000 meters, complete with every facility, perfect for a family or group vacation for up to 8 people!



The apartment welcomes guests to a living room furnished with comfortable double sofa bed, armchair, dining table with chairs and flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster.The living area also overlooks the covered porch, equipped with table, outdoor chairs and private garden.

The accommodation continues with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV and closet, and the second bedroom with two single beds and a closet. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower, while the basement, reached by stairs, consists of a large room with a double bed, sofa, desk with chair, and a table soccer. Completing the basement is the second bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



Guests have amenities such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, free wifi and fan.



The residence enjoys a finely planted green area, 3 adult pools with waterfalls and a large jacuzzi, 1 children's pool, 3 tennis courts that can also be used to play soccer, kiosk/bar, concierge and security. Pools within the resort are located on various levels and in various locations to ensure enough space and tranquility for resort guest families and are available from June 1 to September 30. Use of a swimming cap is required.



*Guests can conveniently park their cars in the parking lots just outside Borgo del Torchio.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, and inland farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campgrounds and resorts, easily reached by bus, and well connected to major attractions. The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Riserva Naturale Orientata della Rocca e del Sasso, from where it is possible to see most of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The apartment is easily accessible from nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only a 45-minute drive away.
