Not worth the money

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. The grounds are lovely but both pools were shockingly bad. View from the restaurant was wonderful but cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff were lovely and helpful but pretty much every restaurant order was wrong. The wooden rooms need refurbishing. It looked as though the floor tiles in the bathroom had been ripped up and not replaced.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The picture shown as the front is misleading.Parking facilities are almost non existent. The driveway shown on the photo has probably been photo-shopped as it is steep and security advised us not to drive down. The lighting is dim and the toilets were blocked and when help was requested it was not forthcoming though promised that it would be fixed.
