IL BORGHETTO Magical property for large groups and families in south Tuscany

The BORGHETTO is made up of three separate self-catering units: Il Casaletto (The Little Farm-House), Il Villino (The Little Villa), and La Casetta (The Little House), La Reception, La Pergola. These are perched on a hillside, offering breath-taking views. Each unit has it’s own private pathway.
OVERALL, BORGHETTO HAS MORE SLEEPS 15+7 (ON SOFA BEDS) =22. CAN BE RENTED SEPARATELY OR ALL TOGETHER, WITH EXCLUSIVE USE OF POOL AND KITCHEN
Each unit is fitted with a modern kitchenette and a laundry area. There is a shared breakfast area under the pergola and a swimming pool under an ancient oak tree. The parking spaces are nearby but out of sight. This is the perfect place from which to start your trekking!
Children’s playground is located near the pool.
Il Villino is close to the woods, set apart from the rest of the accommodation, with a tranquil spacious GREEN GARDEN and SHADED TERRACES. ACCOMODATION: ONE DOUBLE ROOM, ONE BEDROOM WITH 2 BUNK BEDS, A LIVING AREA WITH SOFA BED, AN EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND 2 BATHROOMS WITH SHOWER. THERE ALSO AN OVEN, A DISHWASHER AND A WASHING MACHINE. This room can be booked jointly with any rooms at Il Casaletto to sleep up to 10 people.
La Pergola, is open area dedicated to dining and cooking (breakfast, lunch, dinner, parties). The old stables have been converted into rustic Reception. The new stables are nearby and apt for keeping guests’ horses. Also the starting point of our marked trails that take you down to the river, or through surrounding countryside
