🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If needed, please use the designated outdoor areas nearby and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.



🎉 No Parties, Drugs or Unregistered Guests: To ensure the comfort of all residents, parties, illegal substances, and unregistered guests are not permitted at any time.



🔇 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM out of respect for neighbours and the building.



💶 Important: A £250 fine will apply if any of the above house rules are breached.



🛏️ Sofa Bed Linen Set – £25 per stay: If you require use of the sofa bed, we’re happy to provide a full linen set, including sheet, duvet, pillow, and towel, for an additional £25 per stay. Please request this in advance via your Boarding Pass so we can ensure everything is prepared before your arrival.
