The Space:

This stunning townhouse is brand new and beautifully finished throughout. The large open plan ground floor has a modern kitchen with everything you need including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The dining area seats the whole group and the living space has a large comfortable sofa and smart TV.



Bedroom one has a king size bed. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has a double bed. Bedroom four has a double bed. All bedrooms have fresh linen and towels provided. There are three modern bathrooms.



Free parking is available on the driveway for one car. Additional paid parking is available a two minute walk away.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:

You are right in the heart of Manchester city centre on Chapeltown Street, just moments from Piccadilly Station and the bustling Northern Quarter. Piccadilly Gardens, the Arndale Centre, Chinatown and the Gay Village are all within easy walking distance. You are surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Ancoats, known for its award-winning restaurants, is just around the corner.



Getting Around:

Manchester Piccadilly station is just a few minutes walk away, with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and most major UK cities. This makes the property incredibly easy to reach from anywhere in the country.



Piccadilly Gardens tram stop is also a short walk away, connecting you to every corner of Manchester including the Etihad Stadium, Old Trafford, MediaCityUK and Manchester Airport.

The city centre location means most things are within walking distance. Uber also operates throughout the city.
