Hot tub is advertised heavily, it wasn’t functional. Messaged property manager. All I got was a “I’m Sorry.” My wife and I stripped the beds as instructed in the check out asks. Found bed bugs. Messaged the property manager. Got a “I’m sorry, we take this seriously”. No offer to wave a cleaning fee, or knock a few bucks off. I understand this is a business, but if you come up short, are given a chance to make it right, and all you can say is “I’m sorry”, it was a little disappointing. Other than that, place was great.
