Staff was the only great part. Hotel was out dated and dirty. The suite we stayed in had several things that didn’t work. Online it claims you have a balcony, but it’s not big enough to walk on or look safe enough to stand on. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. Online it said there was a functioning pool, but once we booked for a week and showed up, it was under renovations. False advertising.

Our suites hot tub was inoperative, drain wouldnt open, #118. The staff offered to move us to another suite, #318. We accepted the offer and moved. Identical floor plan. Cool. Whirlpool tub jets were inoperative in this one also. The security lock on the door was inop. The egress lighting by the rear entrance that we were directed to use was inop. The public elevator for the guests was inop.. The staff did everything they could, but there was no maintenance on property.. We wont be back..

Upon arriving to the hotel and checking in, I was informed at that time that the swimming pool, which is why I booked the hotel in the first place. I called hotels.com. Explain the situation that their website was incorrect never did they inform the website that the swimming pool was closed down for Repair. I’m extremely disappointed with hotels.com. I called to get a new hotel and the gentleman. I spoke to did nothing but argue with me and basically blamed me. 3 am Vacuum

Not sure why it seemed like a good idea to staff to vacuum the hall a three am during our stay. The walls are paper thin. The shower soap dispensers are empty. The caulking is stripped. The paint on the walls are bubbling, while some spots are patched not finished. We made sure that we had all our belongings before check out and made the mistake of looking under the bed — it was filthy.

The entire hotel smells like marijuana ( mind you this is Wisconsin, very illegal) I complained about it because I was literally getting sick. The drains in our bathroom smelled awful. The water had a weird taste, and made myself and my dog very ill. The place is so dirty. I was excited to use the pool and hot tub but no way would I go in them. They are dirty! The parking lot was getting painted, and patched up. So I was told to park on other side. When we left today they were working around my vehicle, blocked me in and I had to drive over the patch work and it got all over my new vehicle. I’ve never been to such an awful hotel. I want a refund.
