We stayed a week at this quaint hotel. The location was beautiful with a view of the lake. It was convenient to access the lake and walk to central Granada. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. For a small hotel in a developing nation, this hotel delivers all the necessities. We had a great experience with the staff and the area.

Overall Excellent

The location is excellent, staff was really good - the only reason to deduct a star is the mosquito-infested room. The whole time I was in the room, I was swatting one mosquito after another.

I am very lenient, and flexible; however we did not get our room cleaned for our stay there, this includes the breakfast that is “included” cost money in the stay there. If visiting Granada it is better to stay near el Parque for more modern experience and not a bad hotel to stay.

Very poor customer servoce on the phone when attempting to get assistance with parking since there was no sign indicating where to park the vehicle. Someone from Hotels.com attempted call the hotel on my behalf and she experienced the same thing.
