Great location! Very professional staff at the reception. The breakfast service team is excellent, always polite and attentive. The room was very dirty and had a strong odor. I requested a different room twice, but I didn’t receive any response. The smell in the room was extremely strong and made the stay very uncomfortable. I bought a cup of coffee and there was no sugar. You have to ask for it and they only give a small amount . Elevator didn’t work well. Very poor service overall.
