Great welcoming hotel

Stayed for a weekend at this hotel and was very pleased to have chosen it. The room was spacious with everything you need. The bed very comfortable and a nice touch of a boiled sweet on the pillow to make you feel welcome. We were lucky to have a room which overlooked the atrium which looked beautiful when lit up at night. We had opted to have breakfast at the hotel and it was wonderful with so much variety of cold and hot food and even a waffle maker with a choice of toppings.

Tomt och övergivet hotell. Fick rum pÄ plan ett. Fönster mot innergÄrd/inimhus. Fönrstret gick inte attt öppna. Fri insyn i rummet. det intressanta var att jag önskat mig ett rum högst upp med fönster ut mot torget. Och det gick inte att byta. Jag var enda gÀsten. Kommer jag tillbaka? NÀ skulle inte tro det.

Gammalt under renovering

Trevlig ort men hotellet genomgÄr för tillfÀllet en större renovering men Àr ÀndÄ öppet. De gamla rummen har 80-tals inredning och har dÄlig ventilation och vÀrme. TV sitter sÄ man inte kan se den frÄn sÀngen och det saknas tex strykjÀrn (finns dock byxpress....)

Min sambo kom till hotellet och skulle checka in för att jag hade mycket med bröllopet och klÀnningen. NÀr min nu mera fru kommer dit sÄ hittar dom inte vÄr bokning. NÀr jag kommer dit har dom gett oss helt fel rum. Hon ger oss dÄ ett nytt som hon trodde var det vi hade bokat. Men nÀr jag kommer in pÄ det nya rummet Àr Àven det rummet fel rum och det visar sig att dom har gett bort det rummet vi bokat till nÄgon annan. Vi hade bokat bröllops sviten. Som en "kompensation" nÀr vi kom till vÄrt rum efter bröllopet och festen stod dÀr en korg med torra frukostbullar, frukter som vart allt för övermogna och 2 loka. Rummet var vÀldigt kallt och inga element som vart pÄ och balkongen var full med ogrÀs. Det var verkligen inte den typen av bröllopsnatt vi hade förestÀllt oss.

Overnattede en enkelt da ifbm et besÞg i SkÄne Dyrepark. Fint hotel og god service. Dog mÄ jeg sige at den extraseng der var pÄ vÊrelset var forfÊrdelig. Den knirkede bare man kiggede pÄ den og den var mildest talt meget ubehagelig at sove i. StrÞmmen mÄ vÊre trukket af en fukd elektrikker da flere af stikkontakterne kyn virkede hvis lyset var tÊndt. Men alt i alt sÄ var det et hyggeligt rent fint hotel som jeg gerne bookede igen hvis jeg havde behovet i omrÄdet.

Skuffende - havde valgt hotellet grundet parkering og restaurant da jeg ankom sent. I forholdt til bekrĂŠftelse var der ikke: Restaurant - Gratis parkering (kostede 120 kr) - 32" fladskĂŠrm - Kabel tv - WIFI virkede ikke. Billederne var meget taknemmelige (nedslidt). Alt i alt meget skuffende da prisen var sat som et high end hotel. Gad ikke diskutere det i receptionen, det var svĂŠrt nok at kĂžbe en pose chips til aftenmad.

This is a terrible place to stay!

The desk chair was broken. The toilet seat was broken. The sink was clogged. This must be one of the most terrible hotel experiences I've had. They charged way too much for what they delivered. I think it's time to either upgrade and renovate the hotel or turn it into a refugee center.

Hotellet var charmigt slitet, dock hÀngde en del lampor m.m. pÄ "trekvart" lite hÀr och var. Frukost serverades till 10.30, nÀr vi kom 09.45 var det inte mycket kvar och det som fanns sÄg sorgligt ut... ett kokt Àgg fanns, tre bitar bacon, en kladd med scrambled eggs osv. Serverar man till 10.30 ska det finnas frukost till 10.30. Vi sa inget, utan teg och led... sÄ dÄ fÄr vi kanske skylla oss sjÀlv. Dock, om behovet uppstÄr bor vi gÀrna pÄ Hotel Stensson igen, förutsatt att frukosten stÄr uppdukad pÄ utlovad tid.
