A neat, tidy, modern and clean, the property was perfect for our stop in Mallacoota. The koalas were not so prevalent during our stay, though we did see one, (and it was daytime, so I didn't expect them to be too energetic at that time of day). Our host was very welcoming and helpful. We would recommend this little cottage for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Mallacoota.

Lush Studio stay Mallacoota

Beautifully appointed and decorated studio that has absolutely eveything you need for a quiet and very comfortable stay in Mallacoota. Attention to detail is a priority for our host. Super comfy bed and definitely would stay again.

Superbly set up space.

The space was excellent, clean and private. Comfy bed and nice environment. I would highly recommend the Koala Studio and Glynis was very welcoming. A good walk into town and Mallacoota needs no recommendations as it is an East Gippsland treasure.

Very spacious and well equipped studio apartment

The property was in a peaceful private location, and although 10 mins drive to the beach and about 5 to the town, it was conveniently located on entry to Mallacoota. Once there it had that was required and sporlessly clean. Once we had gained the password for the key box the owner was extremely helpful. But unfortunately the Stayz system gave us details by emal with the key box code in an attachment ( an attachment we were unable to open at the time, due to poor internet in the area). However local knowledge at the caravan park assisted in connecting us with the owner., who greeted us and privided the code to the key box
