Pésimo servicio no te atienden en tiempo y forma, además jamás nos presentaron al gerente cuando quisimos poner nuestra queja, nos atendió una chica llamada Karen la cual no tiene idea de nada en cuanto a la administración, tardamos 58 minutos desde que llegamos a realizar el checkout hasta que nos cobraron, asimismo el costo de la habitación no coincide con las deficientes amenidades que ponen en las habitaciones.
