Vacation home on the Schwentine - Holiday apartment 1

The holiday home on the Schwentine lies in the Kneipp spa and climatic health resort of Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen in the heart of Holstein Switzerland.It has a bungalow-style ground floor apartment with separate entrance. The apartment is about 40 square meters and offers a living room with an open kitchenette and a sofa bed for one person another bedroom with two large single beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. If required, a cot and a highchair can be made available. Pets are welcome in the house. The apartment also has a partially covered terrace for own use. The large lawn in the garden can of course be shared. A carport for the guest car is located directly in front of the house. From the cottage, guests can ideally explore the surrounding area. Either with two canoes or a rowing boat from your own boat dock, from which you can easily "drop" on the Schwentine to Kellersee or Dieksee. Or on the various bike paths around Malente and the lakes. The worth seeing Malenter Kurpark is only about 50 meters away from the house and invites you for a walk and a stay. All major Malenter shopping options are less than a five-minute walk away.

Am Sturmwochende in Malente

Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfebereit. Die Wohnung war warm und hatte Fussbodenheizung, einfach zum wohlfühlen (auch im stürmischen Februar). Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Laube lädt ein zum verweilen. Das nächstemal komme ich im Sommer bzw Frühjahr wieder. Das Auto durfte unter dem Carport stehen, so einen Luxus hat man nicht überall. Hinter dem Garten fließt die Schwentine, für Wassersportler optimal. Malente liegt central, von dort aus kann man viele Ostseeziele schnell erreichen. Das Zentrum ist fussläufig erreichbar.
