Excellent and comfortable Malcesine stay

This hotel was wonderful for our Lake Garda stay. Ideal location, comfortable and efficient room, delicious breakfast buffet and nice bar service options, a great pool- everything we needed! The services provided exceeded 3-star hotel expectations. The restaurant recommendations proved to be outstanding. We walked a short, safe path to the lake, to the village, and to the funicular to hike Monte Baldo. We would stay here again!

Wonderful 3 Star Hotel

Wonderful 3 star hotel with 5 star lake views!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and functional. Shower was very nice, good pressure and hot water. Bed and sheets very comfy. Quiet surroundings. Sat by pool and enjoyed a late afternoon spritzer while looking out at beautiful lake and mountains. Close walk to town and sights.

The lake views from the room and our balcony were glorious as are the views from the breakfast room, bar and pool area. Hotel is dated and typical for a 3-star in Italy but the bathroom was new which was important for us as it was very clean. The mini-fridge was really useful and the air con was extremely effective. Underground parking and a 10-minute walk into town. On first approach to the hotel it definitely feels as though the sat nav must be wrong but keep on going right down the hill and straight into the underground car park. There are enough passing places if a car comes in the opposite direction but we never met any!

A small, quiet hotel in a fantastic location to walk into the old town. Amazing views of the lake, rooms are small but clean, modern, lovely bathroom with massive shower. Ideal for what we needed. Reception staff very helpful. Lovely pool. Breakfast just average. Would definitely return :)

The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to the bus stop and just a short walking distance to the hear of Malcesine. Our room was very clean with an amazing lake view. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed our stay there and will go back to The Internazionale if we go back to Malcesine.

Great hotel in fab location in malcesine

Myself and a friend stayed here for 4 nights in May 2017 and the whole experience was excellent. The hotel is great and in a very convenient location. The staff could not have been more helpful from booking to check out. They arranged a low cost airport transfer for us and allowed us to stay in our room for the rest of the day on check out day as no one else was checking in. Special thanks to Gloria and Alex for making us feel welcome.

Great location, lovely pool! Only problem during our stay was the air con was not very good. During a heatwave of nearly 40 degrees, we struggled without proper cooling in the room. We would return as everything else was lovely!

Beautiful views, the photos don't do it justice

We had a wonderful stay in hotel Internazionale, the views are brilliant and it is peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, booking airport transfers and offering advice. The room was clean and a good size. I had read that the walk was a bit much from town but it isn't far at all, a few minutes and very close to the castle where we had a wedding.

Lovely hotel, great views of the lake

We holidayed with friends & we each had rooms with a fantastic view of the lake. Room was very comfortable with ample wardrobe storage. Bathroom quite small & yes shower cubicle is tiny but it wasn't a problem. Plenty of choice at breakfast & you have lovely lake views from the restaurant. Terrace was a bit cool in the morning to eat outside but it was mid May. Plenty of seating on the terrace to enjoy a drink & admire the view. Pool is lovely & the loungers very comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. The town is a 10 minute stroll & depending on the route the ground can be uneven but we managed in our heels! Malcesine is a beautiful town & a great place to be based. Boat ride to Sirmione takes 3 hours each way but is well worth it as you are able to see so much of the lake. Verona is a 2 hour bus ride away & an incredible place to visit - quite overwhelming. Cable car to Monte Baldo is a must. So much to see & do - we'll be back!

Perfect for a few nights, quiet location

Once we found the hotel (slightly off the main road up a narrow drive!) we found our room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was dated but very clean. The pool and outside area was very nice with a beautiful view out onto the lake. The hotel is conveniently situated 10 minutes walk away from the main town and reasonably quiet. The breakfast was good and if we were ever to visit Malcesine again we would consider staying at this hotel again.

Reasonable priced and good location

This was a basic but nice hotel. It was a 10 minute walk from the town (on a main road) but this was fine (unless you had small children). The hotel shower was not very large and not very powerful but did not cause us any problems. Hotel had lovely pool and nice area to sit out at night if you did not want to go into town. Lovely view of the castle.

Internazionale Hotel - Melcesine, Lake Garda

Fantastic modern hotel with a stunning swimming pool. Small enough to feel cosy with a great breakfast buffet and very good bar service with snacks throughout the day. Rooms are airy and well appointed, the only negative being the lack of Tea/Coffee making facilities. Overall a super location with friendly, helpful staff and great facilities.

Hervorragende Aussicht auf Gardasee (bei Buchung Zimmer mit Seeblick). Super Frühstück. Parken in Hoteleigener Tiefgarage. Nur wenige Gehminuten von Zentrum Malcesine entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
