I was a bit skeptical at first visiting from the United States however, to my surprise this place is legit and super, super nice!!!! Customer service was helpful and for a moderate exra fee allowed us to check in early. The website states check in is 11:00 am but after booking the check in time changed to 3:00pm and that was a red flag to me until I spoke with customer service. They use the WhatsApp so make sure you have that downloaded. The WhatsApp is commonly used in Europe. It was a bit disapointing I had to pay an extra fee to check in at 11:00am but never the less I was impressed with the place!! There's a grocery store across the street and a bank on each end of the block with ATM's, a taxi stand two blocks over and plenty of restaraunts near by. We accidentally left out and forgot our keys inside late night and we panicked when customer service wasn't answering because it was like 2 in the morning however, we were still able to open the street door, the inside apartment building door and the apartment door automatically with our phone just like you do at check in. I give this place a 9/10 and it would be a 10/10 except the check in time might be 3pm and not 11am unless you pay around $50 extra. Even with the extra $50 it's still a great inexpensive place to stay and if I'm ever back in Malaga I will be staying here. Side note 😂, being from the East Coast we smoke, so it was convenient that right outside the front door of the apt u can smoke!
