Located in residential neighborhood and two minutes from the beach. Very close to leisure area, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. FantĂĄstico apartamento!

He estado viajando por Europa durante 3 meses y este ha sido el mejor apartamento en el que me he alojado. Es muy espacioso y tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia muy cĂłmoda. Todo estĂĄ muy cerca, mercado, pubs, restaurantes. Y la playa estĂĄ al otro lado de la calle. Tiene mĂĄs restaurantes y un mercado al aire libre. El centro estĂĄ a una hora a pie por el paseo marĂ­timo o puedes coger el autobĂșs que estĂĄ a un par de calles. Nacho fue muy servicial y nos dio recomendaciones sobre cosas que hacer y lugares para comer. ÂĄDisfrutĂ© mucho de mi estancia y volverĂ­a a alojarme allĂ­!

Location location location

An amazing experience to be so close to everything even a laundromat to wash clothes. The bus stop to go into the centre of Malaga and for other day trips. Once you stay here and walk the promenade paseo marĂ­timo de Pedrogalejo/ el palo all the way down to muelle uno!!! you will never forget the aromatic scents of wood fire roasting sardines on a skewer for only 2 euros for 5-6 sardines packed w healthy straight from the sea at Merlo! Watch sunsets while enjoying tinto de verano or any cocktail listening to the ocean and positive vibe ambiance. A never to be forgotten experience. Gracias Nacho for your attentiveness to any of our needs

Direkt am Meer!

Wir waren fĂŒr 3 Tage hier in Malaga und hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Der Inhaber hat uns super nett persönlich Empfangen und uns alles erklĂ€rt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Balkon hat eine wirklich tolle Aussicht mit Meerblick. Die Straße ist zwar laut, wie eben jede Hauptstrasse, aber wenn man die SchöafzimmertĂŒre schließt hört man kaum was. Das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten ausgerichtet. Direkt in der Umgebung sind tolle Restaurants und CafĂ©s und SupermĂ€rkte innerhalb von 5-10 min fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Die Altstadt ist in ca 50 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand entlang erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder :) Danke

Small and good

A small apartment, with all you might need. Double bed in bedroom where you can quietly sleep, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and kitchen, fully equiped with microwave and fridge. In the living room is enough space for sofa, TV and table. And... a balcony to enjoy the view.Happy to stay here and hoping to be able to go back one day!

L’appartement n’as pas de vue sur la mer, il n’y a pas de parking, seulement les rues pour essayer de trouver une place, un peu galĂšre !! Beaucoup de bruit de la route, ainsi que les voisins avec les chiens. Le propriĂ©taire reste sympathique.

Kein zweites Mal

Die angebliche Terrasse ist nur ein kleiner Balkon und diesen kann man nicht nutzen,weil die Wohnung an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße liegt und der VerkehrslĂ€rm enorm ist.Der LĂ€rm ist auch im Wohnraum gut hörbar.Das kleine Schlafzimmer war relativ ruhig.Die ganze Wohnung war unserer Meinung nach kleiner als beschrieben.Das Werbefoto ist einfach nur IrrefĂŒhrend und hat absolut nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun.

Nice cosy apartment very near the beach

Small cosy apartment, a few meters from Malaga/Pedregalejo beach, ideal for 2 persons exploring Malaga. Very good and quick connection to town center by bus, sea with nice beaches and walks and lots of restaurants only a few meters from the apartment. Easy and very friendly communication with owner. The apartment is situated on a busy road, but the bedroom is on the other side, so sleeping is not a problem. Highly recommended!

Eigenaar stond ons al op te wachten

Het appartement was super schoon. Eigenaar stond ons al op te wachten. Appartement beschikt over alles. Ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Vanaf je balkon kijk je schuin op zee wij vonden dat heerlijk. Toen wij weggingen heeft de eigenaar voor ons een taxi geregeld. Die stond al netjes op ons te wachten. Fijne tijd gehad.

Le logement est moderne et trĂšs propre mais avec un Ă©quipement assez sommaire. Il serait bien en ajoutant une cafetiĂšre Ă©lectrique, un couteau Ă©conome, quelques boĂźtes hermĂ©tiques pour pouvoir faire un pique-nique sur la plage et une paire de ciseaux. La photo qui attire notre oeuil sur le site est celle d un restaurant qui est sur la plage lui, contrairement au logement qui est une rue plus loin, rue trĂšs passante. Heureusement que la chambre est sur l arriĂšre. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique et rĂ©actif, il nous a mis Ăą disposition de l huile et du vinaigre et une nouvelle poĂȘle antiadhesive suite Ă  ma demande. Il nous a donnĂ© des adresses de restaurants dans les environs. Pas toujours simple de se garer en journĂ©e, le soir ça va lorsque le bord de plage s est vidĂ©.

Muy bien!

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans ce quartier authentique de MĂĄlaga. L'appartement Ă©tait trĂšs propre et fonctionnel. La chambre est petite, mais ne donne pas sur la rue, et nous avons dormi trĂšs au calme. La mer et la promenade avec tous ces cafĂ©s et restaurants sont Ă  2 pas. Les commerçants aussi. L'arrĂȘt de bus Ă©galement et on peut facilement aller au centre ville, qui est magnifique. Nacho, le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs fiable et trĂšs sympathique.

Nice Holiday

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir hatten gratis Bier und Cola im KĂŒhlschrank. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sie liegt direkt an der Strasse welche wenige Meter vom Meer getrennt ist. Ebenfalls gibt es ein Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Ausserdem sind Restaurants und SupermĂ€rkte auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter hat uns auch Restaurant Empfehlungen fĂŒr FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen gegeben sowie Tipps fĂŒr Malaga.

Nice clean place near the beach.

The landlord is very friendly and responded to messages promptly. He also kindly offered to organize a pickup at the airport which we gladly accepted. The rooms are really clean and the kitchen has most things you'll need during your stay. A/C, free Wi-Fi and hot water worked as intended, and even the water pressure in the shower was good. If you don't feel like cooking and washing dishes every day, the place is close to the beach that has many rather good and reasonably prized restaurants. Those travelers having problems with walking, unfortunately this place is not for you. The small apartment is on the third floor and the stairs are quite steep. But this slight annoyance was well compensated by befriending a friendly black and white cat living somewhere in the building.

Sehr gute Lage!

Das Apartment liegt nahe zum Strand und dem Paseo Maritim. In weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß findet sich die Bushaltestelle der Linie 3 und 11 und von dort ist in man ca. 12 Minuten im Zentrum von MĂĄlaga. Genial! Die Wohnung ist in einem Topzustand. Komplett durchrenoviert . Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die neuen Fenster halten den StraßenlĂ€rm sehr gut ab. Der Vermieter (Nacho) ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und ein supernetter Typ. Ideal fĂŒr Leute die sowohl die StrĂ€nde als auch die wunderbare Stadt MĂĄlaga genießen möchten.
