Within walking distance of Alameda Principal, Calle Larios, Museums, etc., and next to the bus stop to the center and the beaches of La Malagueta and El Palo in 10 or 15 minutes for € 1.30. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The house is fully equipped, air-conditioned rooms. Kitchen with all appliances and appliances. New bathrooms, one with whirlpool bath and one with ample shower.
Playground nearby. A few minutes drive from the AVE train station and about 10 minutes walk. The house is equipped with all comforts, full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Full linen and towels for all guests, gel, shampoo and toilet paper. Ramp on the portal and elevator.
