Location was excellent. There was an unpleasant odor upon arrival, we could not identify. Odor lingered throughout our stay. Although it was clean. Comfortable beds. Furniture in living room and dining room could use a refresh. Sofa was torn. Small table broken leg. Seats in dining room very worn. Balcony was delightful, great sunrise. Nice water view.

property was a good size with most of the ammenities you would need, had to request additional bath towels that were delivered, had issues with the key pad upon arrival, weak batteries, maintance person came later to look at key pad, had to come an additional day to replace the batteries after being locked out again. Nice view of the water off the corner of the balcony. We did have to kill a few bugs during our stay. Unit is in a good location, within walking distance of the many sites and restaurants

Can’t beat the location!
Rented this flat for a ladies get away. You simply cannot beat the location, you are less than 10 minutes walk to the city center, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, and you have a magnificent view from the balcony of boats coming in and out of the little port.
Interior - the apartment had all the modern amenities, and it was clean and spacious.
The only downside is upon check-in, which was not until 4 o’clock, the apartment had not been cleaned yet, and we had to wait until 5 o’clock which was hard after a transatlantic flight and not sleeping all night.
Bathrooms are modern and very nice.
One major thing that was not clear, the large master suite with a small kitchenette is not connected to the apartment. It connected in the hall, and on the balcony, but not through the apartment which is fine for a group of adults, but might not work for a young family.
Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. I do believe the two bedrooms with twin beds could use a little bit more drawer storage. They had a great hanging space but not enough room to fully unpack.
Jose was wonderful and got back to us when we needed him for a few things such as we locked ourselves out of the separate apartment one day, and a toilet was running, and we couldn’t get it to stop. But everything was fixed and was great.
I would totally rent this apartment again given the location, the cleanliness, and the spacious apartment with balcony.

Fabulous large apartment.
Great apt with plenty of room and amenities. All mod cons, plenty of hot water for showers. One complaint about a smell from a bathroom was swiftly rectified. A 10 minute walk to the centre, everywhere flat.

Die Wohnung war schon bei der Ankunft sehr schmutzig. Vom ersten Tag an informierten wir die Immobiliengesellschaft Iloft Malaga via WhatsApp über die wichtigsten Schäden mit entsprechenden Fotos leider ohne Erfolg. Wir konnten eines der Badezimmer nicht benutzen, weil ein Toilettenrohr, das in ein anderes Zimmer führte, gebrochen war. In Anbetracht der Größe der Pilzflecken muss es dort schon lange gelegen haben, ohne dass es repariert wurde. Nach Aussage eines Technikers, der am vierten Tag dazu kam, würde die Reparatur des Toilettenrohrs mehrere Tage benötigen. Außerdem müssten andere Schäden behoben werden: An der Wand eines anderen Badezimmers befand sich Schimmel. Beide Duschen waren verrostet und sehr schmutzig. Die Möbel (Tisch und Stühle) waren aus Plastik und billigem Material. Der Stoff des Sofas war sehr schmutzig und teilweise zerrissen, die Türen zum Balkon konnten wir nicht schließen, und, und, und...Kurzum: die Wohnung war in einem katastrophalen Zustand und ich fühle mich betrogen!

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage
Man bekommt am Tag der Anreise den genauen Standort nebst Zugangscode (sechsstellig, am Türrahmen einzugeben) per Email zugesandt. Wichtig, es ist die Tür 1, nicht die Tür A, das verwirrt möglicherweise.
In der Eingangshalle die linke Treppe nehmen, dort einen der beiden Fahrstühle bis in die siebente Etage benutzen.
In der Wohnung lagen noch drei Schlüssel inklusive Transponder für die untere Eingangstür, diese ist nicht immer besetzt.
Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus einer Hauptwohnung (drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Küche, Wohnzimmer und großem Balkon sowie einer separaten Nachbar-Einzimmerwohnung, die auch über den gemeinsamen Balkon begehbar ist und noch ein Doppelbett plus Badezimmer und Küche beherbergt. Möglicherweise stand das irgendwo, wir waren zunächst irritiert, dann glücklich.
Direkt vor dem Haus steht ein Gebäude, wo man rechts und links daneben den Hafen und das Meer sehen kann, das ist kein Nachteil.
Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc. sind vorhanden; es fehlen, wie meistens, scharfe Messer, Schneidebrett, ordentliche Pfannen …
man kann aber gut und günstig in den zahllosen Kneipen, Bars, Restaurants essen und trinken. Ein Supermarkt ist im Nachbarhaus, ein größerer (MAS) ca. 400m entfernt.
Parken kann man gut im Alemania-Parkhaus (100m), einfach Auto reinfahren, Schlüssel stecken lassen, Rest machen die Profis, kostete im März 2023 rund 24€, 24/7 besetzt.
Unbedingt Falschparken im Umkreis der Wohnung vermeiden, es wird gnadenlos abgeschleppt (kostet knapp 100€) - wir hatten die durchgezogene gelbe Linie „übersehen“.
Die Strände, die Innenstadt, der Hafen, ist alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.
Für eine Familie oder mit Freunden ist das Apartment absolut perfekt, sehr gut gelegen, gut ausgestattet.
Absolut empfehlenswert!
