We requesting for towel and we did not receive it through out our stay. Check-in time was given 3pm and by 3.30pm pm room haven't ready . Expedia should look on this matter. How come there's is hospitality service without towel in the room.

Nice room and well equipped. Pool require to have a proper maintenance from the management, in order to have a clean and clear water in the adult pool site. Possible to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.. otherwise the smells of fungus and the stuffiness are very obvious.

Poor apartment condition.

The actual room condition was totally different from the photo shown in hotels.com. First impression when entering the room was much disappointment with a stingy urine smell filled in the air. Walls covered with mould, leaking sink, choked floor trap, dirty ceiling fans, stained bedsheet, dirty sofa, sticky floor. I think this is the worst apartment I have stayed in malacca. Look like never maintain before.
